Clang is (probably) supported now

Since there have been reports that blogcpp won't compile on non-Windows machines, I made the switch to Clang for my own builds. Doing this, I - actually, clang - found a number of issues which were perfectly accepted by the Visual Studio compiler but failed to work with Clang. One of today's commits seems to unbreak Clang builds.

There are still Microsoftisms left in the code which can perfectly be compiled with clang. Sorry about that. The page you are reading right now was generated with a Clang-compiled blogcpp.exe though, so things should have become notably less awful now.

(A late "thank you", Martin!)
